Shipping

Independent Dental ships within the continental United States and Canada. There are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping rate for most items sold are based on zip code and weight.

Independent Dental ships via standard freight, UPS, and the specialized logistics company MoveIt® for the special handling requirements of some sensitive dental equipment. MoveIt® provides complete freight services and white glove delivery to ensure on-time, damage-free shipments.

When purchasing used dentistry equipment, Independent Dental will arrange for all shipping and transportation cost at our own expense.

Return Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

All returns require prior authorization which must be authorized by Independent Dental within seven days of date received by customer.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in condition to be resold. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Freight charges will not be refunded. Opened handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with guarantee.
